Just a random thought or rather a factual piece of information.
I see the way my friend eat and the way i eat, i eat a lot more than them in terms of quantity and quality. Both of us got jealous of each other.
I see them eat, they gain weight very fast. I got jealous of it.
They see me eat like no one's business without getting fat, they got jealous of me too.
Let me brag a bit on my daily meals ok.
Early morning daily, LJS/KFC/MC breakfast set and home-cooked burger.
Followed by yoghurt and fruits in 1st break.
Continue with chicken rice/nasi padang for lunch break.
2 hours later, a whopping western meal will be in my stomach. That adds to a total of 7 kinds of food i consumed ALONE IN SCHOOL. 1 day pocket money burnt like that.
Let alone at home, another 2 meals.
Why am i still not FAT?!?!?!?! Is there a hole in my stomach?! Ok, i dont wanna be really fat but i just want the mass and a lean body. That's all.
I hope to see a difference in mass in 10 weeks time. I shuld seriously buy a weighing machine to weigh myself every week. 65kg is my target. Im now at 60kg i think?
